A Sales Office Co-ordinator - to fill a vacancy with a large client based in the Retford Area of Nottinghamshire.
The
job content consists of:
Order Processing. Responding to telephone enquiries. Investigating and resolving all
invoice queries for credit. Processing credits. Advising customers when delivery promises are compromised. Inputting
sales prices, checking and filing for audit. Liaising with hauliers. Liaising with works. Deleting old and obsolete
orders from order book. Reporting customer complaints,initiating investigation, responding and reporting. Reporting
product shortages. Posting brochures and standard price lists. Actioning POD requests. Telesales. _____________________________________________
The
Person Spec is as follows:
The successful applicant will be a team player, positive, and enthusiastic as well as motivated
and organised. You should possess GCSE in English and Maths and be fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Access and Excel.
Have experience of administration type work,telephone communication and sales/customer service. Good organisational skills,
accurate keyboard entry and an eye for detail are essential.
Hours of work are: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with an hour
for lunch. Comm. Salary £12,300 per annum
